ORDER BELOW EXH. 1.
Today Matter is posted on ready board. Accused absent.
Perused file. On 27/11/2019 plea of accused is recorded. Since then
prosecution failed to secure presence of witnesses . Today also witnesses
are not present. No purpose found to put matter on regular board. In view
of Special Drive during 22/07/2024 to 26/07/2024 as per direction of
Hon'ble HIgh Court and letter No.3336/2024 of Chief Metropolitan office
dated 24/06/2024 , the present case is fit case to dispose of under Section
258 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, order :
ORDER
1) The proceeding is stopped under Section 258 of CrPC.
2) Accused is released from the offences levelled against him under
section 279, 338 of IPC 3, 181 of Motor Vehicle Act.
3) His bail bonds stands cancelled.
4) Muddemal if any be disposed of according to law.
