Today the authorized representative of complainant
company and Ld. Advocate for the complainant are present in Lok-
Adalat. They submitted that the matter has been compounded between
the parties outside the Court and they want to withdraw the case in
Lok-Adalat. Hence, following order is passed :-
ORDER
The accused is discharged from the offence punishable
under section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
The case is disposed off as withdrawn.
Court fee be refunded to the complainant as per rule.
