ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1] Read application and say. Heard learned counsels for
parties. Perused record.
2] This is an application for returning of property i.e. mobile
phone IPHONE 13 having IMEI no.359897309912687and IMEI no.
359897309715796 worth Rs.51,800/- on Supurtnama. I.O. has seized
the property during investigation has no objection to return the
muddemal. The applicant has filed copy of receipt/tax invoice dated
22/02/2025, which reflects that applicant is owner of mobile in
question. Therefore, returning the property to applicant by imposing
certain conditions is justifiable. Therefore, returning the property in
favor of the applicant during pendency of the trial subject to certain
conditions on supuratnama of Rs.51,800/- (Rupees Fifty One Thousand
Eight Hundred Only) would be just and proper. Therefore, following
order:-
O R D E R
1] The application is allowed.
2] The seized property i.e. IPHONE 13 having IMEI
no.359897309912687and IMEI no. 359897309715796 worth
Rs.51,800/- be released in favor of the applicant upon his entering into
a Supuratnama/Bond of Rs.51,800/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand
Only) subject to conditions that :-
3] The applicant shall not cause any change or material alteration in
the said property till disposal of main case.
4] He shall not transfer the said property in any manner in favor of
anyone till disposal of main case or shall not allow anyone to use said
property for any purpose.
5] He shall produce the said property as and when called by this
Court without any hesitation forthwith.

6] I. O. is directed to take photographs of the property and prepare
panchnama & submit it along with charge-sheet.
7] Copy of this order be sent to concerned police station to act
accordingly.
