1] Read application and say. Heard Ld. APP and Ld.
Counsel for the accused. Perused record.
2] Applicant Mohd. Naved Salim Shaikh had filed this
application for grant of bail on the ground that investigation is
completed, falsely implicated in the crime, and ready to abide
all conditions imposed if any.
3] Record shows that accused had been arrested on
04/11/2025, wherein an amount of Rs.33,00,000/- had been
fraudulently transferred, by compelling victim in the pretext that
he had been involved in money laundering, thereby committed
Cyber fraud. Out of the same, an amount of Rs.3,90,000/- had
been transferred in the bank account of applicant in layer 1
which had been withdrawn and nothing had been recovered till
the date.
4] Record shows that final report is submitted on
02/01/2026. Today accused is produced by jail authority.
Charge against accused is framed, and case is pending for
evidence of prosecution. Considering nature of offence, no
purpose will be served by keeping accused behind bar. Hence, I
pass following order:
Order:-
1) The application is allowed.
2) Accused “Mohd. Naved Salim Shaikh” be release on
bail on execution of P.B. of Rs.25,000/- along with
cash surety / solvent surety in like amount.
