ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO. 901/BA/2026
1) Read the application and say. Heard Ld. Advocate for the accused and
Ld. APP. The Ld. Counsel of accused submitted that, the accused is produced
in execution of NBW. The accused is ready to attend the Court. Hence, prayed
for bail.
2) Ld. A.P.P. and I.O. opposed the application on the ground that, accused
again remain absent. Hence, prayed for rejection of application.
3) Perused the remand papers and charge sheet. It appears that, accused
was charge sheeted for the offence punishable under Sec. 8(c), 27 of NDPS
Act. The accused is produced before the Court in execution of NBW. The
accused is ready to attend the Court on each and every date. Considering the
nature of offence in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is required to
be given to the accused. Hence, I pass following order :-
ORDER
(1) The application is allowed.
(2) The accused be released on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 20,000/-
(Rs. Twenty Thousand) or cash bail of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand)
with P. R. bond of Rs. 20,000/- along with penalty of Rs. 1,000/- in
Crime No. 76/2021 of Mankhurd Police Station, for the offence
punishable under sec. 8(c), 27 of NDPS Act.
(3) The bail application is disposed-off accordingly.
