ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
1] Read the application and say filed by APP and I.O.
Perused the record.
2] The accused is alleged to have committed an offence
u/sec. 303(2), 62 & 3 (5) of BNS. The said offences are triable by this
Court. The investigating officer himself sought their judicial custody.
It shows physical custody of accused no further required for purpose
of investigation. As far as, apprehension shown by the prosecution
regarding tampering, absconding can be prevented by imposing
conditions. In view of the fact and circumstances of the present case,
the accused is entitled to grant bail. Hence, pass the following order.
ORDER
1 Accused No.1 Jagannath Pandu Jangam, No.2 Aakash
Laxman Kurade and No.3 Vishal Sakharam Shinde be
released on P. B and S.B. of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand
only/-)each Or cash bail of Rs.8,000/- each, along with copy
of their and their two relatives address proof and mobile
numbers.
2 Accused shall not tamper with prosecution witness and shall
not make any threat, inducement to any person acquainted
with the fact of the case.
3 Accused shall make themselves available for investigation by
I.O. as and when required, under written intimation, till
filing of charge-sheet.
