ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO. 757/BA/2026
1) Read the application and say. Heard Ld. Advocate for the accused and
Ld. APP. The Ld. Counsel of accused submitted that, the accused was falsely
implicated in the case. Bail is a rule and jail is an exception. Charge sheet is
already filed. Hence, prayed for bail.
2) Ld. A.P.P. filed her say.
3) Perused the remand papers and charge sheet. It appears that, accused
were charge sheeted for the offence punishable under Sec. 392, 323, 34 of
IPC. It appears that the accused were absent. Therefore, the warrant were
issued against the accused on 16.03.2026 and bail bonds were forfeited. The
accused is ready to attend the Court on each and every date. Hence, in the
interest of justice only one more opportunity is required to be given to the
accused. Hence, I pass following order :-
ORDER
(1) The application is allowed.
(2) The accused be released on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 20,000/-
(Rs. Twenty Thousand) or cash bail of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen
Thousand) with P. R. bond of Rs. 20,000/- in Crime No. 99/2021
for the offence punishable under sec. 392, 323, 34 of IPC.
(3) The bail application is disposed-off accordingly.
