ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO.754/2026 (CR NO.630/2026)
I heard both sides. Perused the record. It is requested by the
defence that accused be released on bail. The accused is having no
criminal antecedent. He will abide by conditions imposed if any.
2. The Ld. APP objected the application and stated that offence is
serious in nature. He further stated that there is possibility of tampering
of evidence. Hence, the application is rejected.
3. I have considered submissions of both sides along with the I.O., it
reveal that the offence reported is serious. As per the report of the I.O.
the offence is of attempt to murder. The prima facie involvement of the
accused in the offence is seen and he is alleged to have assaulted the
informant by means of a knife on his head resulting into serious
injuries. The Ld. APP and I.O. strongly objected for release of the
accused on bail. The investigation is not yet completed. Considering all
the aspects, it is not proper to allow the application. Hence, following
Order.
: ORDER :-
1. The application is rejected.
