ORDER.
Perused the application filed by accused Amir Salim Shaikh and
say filed by Ld. APP. On perusal of remand papers, it shown that the
present accused is alleged to have committed the offence u/s. 303(2) of
BNS. Heard both parties. Accused is arrested on 11/06/2026. Accused
remanded to judicial custody. The muddemal is shown to be recovered
in remand report. The Ld. APP objected the application. However,
certain conditions can be imposed on the accused. Thus, in such facts
and circumstances of the case no purpose would be served by keeping
present accused behind bar. Thus, the accused can be released on bail
by imposing certain conditions which will meet the ends of justice.
Hence, order.
i Accused be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of
Rs.16,000/- or cash surety in like amount for the period of two
weeks. At the time of depositing cash bail, accused is directed to
submit the copy of his/his relatives address proof ie. Aadhar
Card, Pan card, ration card, driving license, bank passbook,
passport, voter ID card, mobile numbers etc. on record which is
condition precedent.
2. The accused shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses/
evidence and shall not make any threat, inducement to any
person acquainted with facts of case.
3. The accused shall not commit any offence.

4. The accused shall make himself available for interrogation by 1.0.
as and when required under a written intimation till filing of
charge-sheet.
5. The accused shall attend in accordance with the conditions of
bond
