P.S. Shivaji Nagar State -V- Sameer and Atikur.
Perused the application filed by accused Mohd. Sameer Ehsan
Mulla Khan alias Raja and Atik Ehsan Mulla Khan and say filed by Ld.
APP and 1.0. On perusal of remand papers, it shown that the present
accused is alleged to have committed the offence u/s. 115(2), 118(1),
352, 189(1), 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 191(3) of BNS. Heard both
parties. Accused are arrested on 29/06/2026, Accused are remanded to
judicial custody. It appears that there are cross FIR registered between
the informant and accused persons. No criminal anticidents are alleged
against the accused persons. ‘he Ld. APP and 1.0. objected the
application. However, certain conditions can be imposed on the both
accused. Thus, in such facts and circumstances of the case no purpose
would be served by keeping present both accused behind bar. Thus, the
both accused can be released on bail by imposing certain conditions
which will meet the ends of justice. Hence, order.
1. Accused be released on bail on executing P.B. and $.B. of
Rs.15,000/- each or cash surety in like amount for the period of
two weeks. At the time of depositing cash bail, accused are
directed to submit the copy of their/their relatives address proof
ie. Aadhar Card, Pan card, ration card, driving license, bank
passbook, passport, voter 1D card, mobile numbers etc. on record
which is condition precedent
2. The accused shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses,
evidence and shall not make any threat, inducement to any
person acquainted with fac
