CR. NO. 679/2025 OF CHUNABHATTI POLICE STATION
Accused Himmatrao Balwant Jagdale has filed bail
application. The learned advocate for the accused has submitted that, the
offence are bailalbe in nature. The investigation has been completed.
Custody of the accused is not required. The accused is innocent and falsely
implicated in this crime. He is ready to abide the conditions imposed by
Court. Hence, he may be released on bail.
2. Heard advocate for accused at length. The accused is charged
under section 106(1), 281 of BNS read with section 134(a)(b) of M. V. Act.
The offence is bailable. He is ready to furnish surety. So, considering the
facts and circumstances there is no purpose to keep accused behind bar
when he is ready to furnish sureties and abide the conditions. In view of
above, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. Accused Himmatrao Balwant Jagdale be released on bail on
executing P. B. & S. B. of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more solvent
sureties or like wise cash amount.
2. Accused is directed to furnish his address proof.
3. Accused is directed to attend the Chunabhatti Police Station on 2nd
and 4th Monday of every month between 11:00 am to 01:00 pm to
co-operate the investigating agency till filing of chargesheet.
