ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
Perused the application filed by accused. Considered the say of
Ld. APP and I.O.. They strongly opposed the application. On perusal of
remand papers, it shown that the present accused is alleged to have
committed the offence u/s.318(2), 316(2), 3(5) of BNS. Heard both
parties. I have gone through the record. Ld. Advocate for the accused
submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the present offence.
The matter is of civil nature. The investigation has been completed. The
accused will cooperate the investigating agency and will follow
conditions of bail imposed by the court. On perusal of remand report
and say filed by the I.O. and Ld. APP, it appears that the role of accused
is shown. Another offence of similar type bearing No.927/2025 has
been registered against the accused. Investigation is in progress and
documents are to be collected. It is reported in remand report that the
accused is habitual in committing such type of offences. Further, it is
reported that accused may cause threat to witness if released on bail.
Considering all these aspects as well as contention in the application
and nature of allegations, it is not proper to allow the application.
Hence, following order.
ORDER
The application is rejected.
Declared in the Court.
