ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
1] By this application, accused namely Dhanraj Rambhau
Salve is seeking his release on bail. It is contended that accused is
falsely implicated in the offence. The accused is permanent resident
of Mumbai. The accused is ready to abide with conditions which
Court may impose. There is no prima facie case made out against
him. The accused is ready to abide with any condition imposed by
the Court. He is seeking grant of application.
2] Called say of I.O. and APP. They opposed the application.
3] Heard both sides. I have gone through the FIR and
remand applications. It would show that the stolen property i.e.
mobile handset is recovered. Therefore, considering above aspect, no
good purpose would serve by keeping the applicant/accused behind
the bar. Therefore, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, I
pass following order.
ORDER
1.
The accused namely, Dhanraj Rambhau Salve be released on
P. B and S.B./cash security of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen
thousand only/-) each.
2. The accused shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
3.
The accused shall produce his identity proof, residential
proof and mobile numbers of himself and his two blood
relatives.
