ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
Perused the application filed by accused Hasan Babu Shaikh @
Aashu and say filed by APP. On perusal of remand papers, it shown that
accused are alleged to have committed the offence 309(4), 308(2),
127(2), 127(7), 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS. Heard both parties. The
accused is arrested on 04/10/2025.
2. The I.O. and Ld. APP objected for grant of the application. I
have gone through remand report. It appears that the accused alleged
to have involved in robbery of Rs.35,000/-. Further, it is stated in the
report of the I.O. that accused persons alongwith this accused assaulted
the informant, made his naked video, took him away in the ATM and
compelled him to withdraw said amount. This is very serious aspect, the
nature of the offence is serious. Therefore, it is not proper to allow the
application. If the accused is released on bail, there is possibility of
committing such type of offences. Hence, following order-
ORDER
The application is rejected.
