ORDER PASSED BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO. 759/BA/2025.
C.R. NO. 378/2025 OF TROMBAY POLICE STATION
Accused Mohd. Danish Mohd. Hussain Sayyed Aliyas Badi has
filed bail application. The learned advocate for the accused has submitted
that, accused is falsely implicated in the crime. He is the only earning
member of his family. He is ready to abide the conditions imposed by
Court. Hence, he prayed to release them on bail.
2. Heard advocate for accused at length. The accused is charged
under section 142 of M. P. Act. He is ready to furnish surety. So,
considering the facts and circumstances there is no purpose to keep
accused behind bar when he is ready to furnish sureties and abide the
conditions. In view of above, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Accused Mohd. Danish Mohd. Hussain Sayyed Aliyas Badi be
released on bail on executing P. B. & S. B. of Rs. 15,000/- with one
or more solvent sureties or like wise cash amount.
2. Accused is directed to furnish his address proof.
