ORDER PASSED BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO. 719/BA/2025.
C.R. NO. 406/2025 OF CHUNABHATTI POLICE STATION
Accused Mohd. Imran Abdul Majid Qureshi has filed bail
application. The learned advocate for the accused has submitted that,
accused is falsely implicated in the crime. He is permanent resident of
Mumbai. He is ready to abide the conditions imposed by Court. Hence, he
prayed to release him on bail.
2. Heard advocate for accused at length. I have gone through
the remand papers. The accused is charged under section 325 of The
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with section 410 of BMC Act. The
offence is bailable in nature. He is ready to furnish surety. So, considering
the facts and circumstances there is no purpose to keep accused behind
bar when he is ready to furnish sureties and abide the conditions. In view
of above, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Accused Mohd. Imran Abdul Majid Qureshi be released on bail on
executing P. B. & S. B. of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more solvent
sureties or like wise cash amount.
2. Accused is directed to furnish his address proof.
3. Accused is directed to attend the Chunabhatti Police Station on 2nd
and 4th Friday of every month between 11:00 am to 01:00 pm to co-
operate the investigating agency till filing of chargesheet.
