The accused namely Satish Fatumal Mansugani has filed
this application for bail. The learned advocate for the accused has
submitted that, the chargesheet has been filed. The accused has no
knowledge of procedure for obtaining bail and furnish surety. Hence, he
prayed to release the accused on bail.
2. Say of Ld. APP was called. Accordingly, Ld. APP has filed
his say. Ld. APP submitted that, there is prima facie evidence against the
accused. If accused is released on bail then he will misuse his liberty
and it is not just and proper to release the accused at this stage. Hence,
he prayed to reject the application.
3. Heard advocate for accused at length. I have gone through
the say filed by Ld. APP. The accused is charged under section 118(1),
118(2), 115(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. He is ready to
furnish surety. Investigation is completed and charge sheet has been
filed. Considering the facts and circumstances there is no purpose to
keep accused behind bar when he is ready to furnish sureties and abide
the conditions. In view of above, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. Accused Satish Fatumal Mansugani be released on bail on
executing P. B. & S. B. of Rs. 20,000/- with one or more solvent
sureties or like wise cash amount.

2. Accused is directed to furnish his address proof.
