This case is pending since 2019. Today the complainant and

adjournment application since long. Therefore, on considering the age of
the proceeding and absence of complainant, I am of the opinion that the
complainant is not interested to proceed the matter further. Therefore, it
is not just and proper to keep the matter pending. Hence, I proceed to
pass following order.
