ORDER BELOW EXH.1.
The applicant, respondent No.1 and their advocates are
present before the court. Perused the report of mediation. It would
show that matter is settled. Accordingly, consent terms are placed on
record vide Exh.11, signed by above parties and counter signed by
their respective advocates. It would show that settlement took place
between the applicant and respondent No.1.
2] So far as respondent No.2 and 3 are concerned the
applicant moved separate application vide Exh.10 seeking
withdrawal of the application against respondent No.2 and 3.
therefore, in view of the same, I pass following order.
ORDER
The matter is disposed of as compromised between the
applicant and respondent No.1 and withdrawn against respondent
No.2 and 3.
