This is an application filed for condonation of delay. I have
gone through the record and proceedings. The applicant is repeatedly
absent. No steps taken to proceed further in this case. Today also, none
appeared on behalf of applicant. It goes to show that, the applicant is
not interested to proceed in this case. The case is kept in special drive.
No purpose would serve to keep the case pending on daily board. The
complaint is liable to be dismissed. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order:

1) The case is dismissed in default due to want
of steps.
