Accused Narendra Borle is hereby Convicted U/s 255(2) Crpc. he is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment till rising of the court and to pay a fine amount of Rs. 6 lakh. within 2 month. in default of payment of fine accused should suffer SI of 3 month.
The accused to surrender to his bail bonds.
Accused is also directed to pay 9 percent interest p.a. On the cheque amount from the date of cause of action till the realization of amount.
