No. 3266/SS/2022 Order below Exh. 1 The present complaint case is filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. After verification of complainant, the court has issued process under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act against the accused. The case is part heard. Today, the complainant appeared and submitted that, the case is amicably settled with the accused out of court and he do not want to proceed with this complaint.
