This is proceeding under section 12 Protection of
Women From Domestic Violence Act. The parties were refereed to
mediation. The mediation becomes successful. Today the Advocate
of applicant appeared and submitted that the case is amicably
settled in between the parties and prayed to dispose off the case.
Accordingly, the applicant has filed application in that regard
(Exh.12). The mediation report is at (Exh.11). The matter is
amicably settled in between the parties. The applicant do not want
to proceed further and prayed to withdraw the case. Hence, in
view of the submission. Therefore, I pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The proceeding is disposed off as withdrawn in
view of pursis at (Exh.12) and mediation report
(Exh.11)
2. No order as to costs.
