1] Perused application and say filed by I.O. and Learned APP.
2] Heard Ld. Counsel for the accused at considerable length.
On perusal of the case papers, it reveals that accused was apprehended
U/s. 4, 5 of ITP Act having punishment upto two to five years. Though
the offence is non-bailable, no purpose will be served, if the accused
will be kept behind bar as the investigation seems to be completed. The
accused is ready to abide all conditions imposed by the court if released
on bail. Therefore, imposing condition will suffice the purpose as the
accused is resident of Karnataka, local surety is needed. Hence, I
proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. The application is hereby allowed.
2. Accused Suresh @ Revanna Gauda be released on execution of
P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only).
The accused directed to furnish local surety.
3. He is further directed not to tamper with the prosecution
witnesses.
4. He shall produce authenticated address proof of himself and
two of his relatives alongwith ID proofs.
5. He shall attend police station fortnightly between 11:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
6. He shall not leave jurisdiction of the Court without prior
permission.

7. He shall cooperate with the investigation.
8. He shall not commit any offence.
