Resident : At Post Taluka Shahapur.
Examination-in-chief by Learned Advocate Smt. Rupali Saravade for the
complainant :
1 The witness summons of this Court has been received by
our office. Accordingly, I have been authorized to depose on behalf of
Post office.
2 Now, the RPAD receipt at Exh.33 shown to me. I can state
whether this article was delivered based on online track report and our
register. The article was delivered on 12.12.2024. Today, I have brought
copy of register. It appears that the said article was accepted by son of
the accused. He had given letter to the Head Postmaster. I can produce
the same. The witness is permitted to produce the document.
3 Now, the documents are shown to me. Those are correct as
per the record. Those are marked as Exhs.37 and 38.
Examination-in-chief is completed.
Cross-examination by Advocate for the accused.
The accused and his advocate are absent on repeated calls. Hence, no
cross-examination. R.O.A.C.
