ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT 1
1] The application is under Section 403 of B.N.S.S. for
correction of the case number in Miscellaneous C. C. no.
3149/Misc/2025 in C. C. no. 1224/SA/2019.
2] Perused application. Heard Ld. counsel for applicant. It
seems that, while drafing of the order in C. C. no. 3149/Misc/2025
pertaining to earlier C. C. no. 1224/SA/2019, the clerical mistake is
seems to be occured while drafting the earlier C. C. no.
1224/SA/2019. Instead of C. C. no. 1224/SA/2019 due to
oversight C. C. no. 1224/SA/2020 is seems to have been draft.
Same needs to be corrected.
3] Thus, I found substance in the application. Same is allowed.
The description of the earlier matter be mentioned as C. C. no.
1224/SA/2019 in title clause as well as in Para no. 2 of the order as
prayed. As per amendment upload correct copy at CIS. Parties to
note the order.
