The applicant has filed the Securitisation Application before
this Court against the aforesaid Borrowers under Section 14 of The
Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of
Security Interest Act, 2002 ((in short “SARFAESI Act”) for taking
possession of the secured asset.
2. Learned Counsel of Applicant has filed an application vide
Exh.4 and thereby prayed for withdrawal of the matter, as the account
of the Respondent is upgraded to standard category on 09.05.2024.
Hence, Applicant want to withdraw the said application.
3. In the light of withdrawal application, I do not find any
barrier to permit the applicant to withdraw the said case. Hence, pass
the following order;
ORDER
Securitisation Application No.1315/SA/2023 is disposed of as withdrawn.
