(H) & (I) FINDING AND SENTENCE : ORDER
The Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty by admitting the offence. He
is the only bread earning member of his family. The accused submitted that he
will take care and assured not to repeat the same in future. Considering these
aspects, the accused deserves a leniency. The accused is convicted for the
offence punishable under Sections 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act and is
sentenced to suffer imprisonment till rising of Court and to pay fine of
Rs.2,000/- and in default to pay fine to suffer further simple imprisonment for
5 days.
