After perusing record since 07.10.25 i.e after recording statement of accused matter is posted for defence evidence. court has taking this matter is speedy manner as accused is undertrial prisoner but every time accused has filed different applications to create hurdle in trial. Inspite of adducing defence evidence adv of accused moved Exh 18 for return of documents which is according to him lying with I.O. Thereafter in all preceding dates he has not adduced defence evidence. Thereafter I.O took time to file say on Exh 18 due to  law and order. Thereafter I.O has filed his say and thereby clarify that neither accused nor his daughter produced any original documents before him nor he seized any original documents from accused nor his daughter. After that Adv for accused moved application Exh 20 through daughter of accused contending that they does not want to proceed with the matter before this court. From this application it reveals that accused, his relative and his advocate all are having prejudice mind regarding this court due to previous conviction history of this court. more particularly accused himself has not moved any application but his adv and daughter moved this kind of application to demoralized honesty of this court. After perusing record accused himself change the adv and moving lots of application again and again trying to create delay in proceeding on the contrary blaming the court.
