Judgment is dictated and pronounced in the open court. Judgement is at Exh 15. Order Accused is hereby convicted and sentenced to suffer S.I for 06 months and to pay a fine of Rs. 5000 in default of payment of fine S.I for 02 days for the offence under rule 3 punishable under rule 6 of the Passport Rules 1950. Accused is further convicted and sentenced to suffer S.I for 06 months and to pay a fine of Rs. 5000 in default of payment of fine S.I for 02 days for the offence under para 3.1 of the Foreigners Order 1948 punishable under sec 14 of the Foreingers Act 1946. Both substantive sentences of accused shall run concurrently. The accused is in jail since 19.03.25. Set off be given to the accused from 19.03.25 till today i.e 08.09.25 as per sec 468 of BNSS. Muddemal property i.e Oppo Co Navy blue coloured mobile phone be returned to the accused after appeal period is over.
