Muddemal property i.e Oppo Co coloured mobile phone be retured to the accused no. 01 and Samsung Co blue coloured mobile phone be returned to the accused no 02 after appeal period is over. Prosecution is directed to take steps for deportation of above named accused out of India after he has undergone the above sentences if he is not required in any other case and report the compliance. The copy of this judgement be furnished to the accused free of cost. Accused are informed of his right to appeal
