This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant
seeking prayer for substitution of its earlier authorized officer, namely
Mr. Nikhil Khatal and replaced in his place Mr. Balakrishna S. Shripathi
being its legal officer as a new authorized officer.
2. As per contentions made in the application, the previous
Authorized Officer of the applicant is no longer the designated officer in
the present matter.
3. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant.
4. The contents of the application are supported by the
affidavit of the proposed authorized officer of the applicant viz.,
Mr. Balakrishna S. Shripathi vide Exhibit-5. The copy of letter in respect
of authorized officer enclosed with the application, which corroborates
the contents of this application. Hence, the application will have to be

allowed. In the result, I pass following order;
ORDER
(I) The application (Exh.4) is allowed.
(II) The applicant is permitted to substitute its authorized officer,
namely Mr. Balakrishna S. Shripathi in place of Mr. Nikhil
Khatal, as sought for.
(III) The applicant shall carry out necessary amendment in title
clause of the application (Exh.1) to that effect.
