ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO TRAVEL ABROAD
1. The applicant/accused Sanjay Jayantilal Jain is an accused in
C. C. No. 93/PW/2021 of EOW, Mumbai. The applicant has contended
that he intends to visit Abu Dhabi from 08.05.2023 to 12.05.2023 for
business purpose. Therefore, he has filed the present application
seeking permission to travel abroad. He has prayed that he may be
allowed to travel to abroad for abovementioned period.
2. The say of Investigating Officer and learned APP was called
for. But till today, no say has been filed on record.
3. The applicant/accused intends to travel abroad for a
limited period of time. He has filed an affidavit stating therein that no
other Court/Authority restricted him from traveling beyond India.
Permission to go abroad can be granted subject to fulfillment of certain
conditions. He can be directed to make arrangements to ensure that
the matter is not prolonged due to his absence. Hence, Order :-
ORDER
1. The applicant/accused Sanjay Jayantilal Jain is permitted
to travel to abroad i.e. Abu Dhabi from 08.05.2023 to 12.05.2023.

2. The applicant/accused is directed to deposit cash security
of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One Lakh Only) in the court till his returning back
from abroad, if earlier cash deposit is withdrawn.
3. The applicant/accused shall submit the detailed schedule of
his travel abroad including the dates of travel, from which he is going,
the address at which he is going to reside along with local telephone
numbers at the said place and his e-mail ID to this Court.
4. He is also directed to furnish contact numbers of his two
close relatives in India and provide proof of his permanent resident.
5. He shall make necessary arrangements to proceed with the
matter through his Advocate within the said period and he shall not
hinder matter/proceedings during his stay abroad.
6. The applicant/accused shall immediately inform the
investigating officer on his returning back from abroad within a week.
7. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
