Judgement is dictated and pronounced in the court. Judgment is at Exh 03. Order Accused is hereby convicted and sentenced to suffer S.I for three months and to pay a fine of Rs. 500 in default of payment of fine S.I for 02 days for the offence P.U.Rule 3 read with 6 of the Passport Rules 1950. Accused is further  convicted and sentenced to suffer S.I for three months and to pay a fine of Rs. 500 in default of payment of fine S.I for 02 days for the offence under para 3.1 of the Foreigners Order 1948 read with Sec 14 of the Foreigners Act 1946. Both the substantive sentences shall run concurrently. The accused is in jail since 07.01.25. Set off be given to the accused from 07.01.25 to till today i.e 05.04.25 as per sec 4689 of BNSS. Muddemal property i.e Samsung Co white coloured mobile valued Rs. 500 be returned to the accused after appeal period is over. Muddemal property i.e one Bangladeshi currency note 1000 taka and one Bangladeshi currency note of  10 taka be deposited to Reserve Bank of India for further procedure. The prosecution to take steps for deportation of above named accused out of India and report the compliance. Copy of Judgement be given to the accused free of cost
