The applicant and his advocate remained absent when
called for. The present transfer application is filed on 17/02/2018. The
record shows that, they are absent since 31/10/2018. Till today near
about four to five dates have been passed and the matter was kept for
hearing. However, the applicant did not turn up to the court.
Therefore, it appears that the applicant is not interested in the present
proceedings. Hence, following order is passed :
ORDER
The transfer application is dismissed in default for want of
