On perusal of the roznama it is seen that the matter is posted for written statement. Defendant no. 1 has taken out N/m for condonation of delay in filing written statement.  On 27.09.2022 defendant no. 1 submitted draft N/m alongwith affidavit in support. Defendant no. 1 did not filed written statement alongwith said Notice of motion. Despite leave granted to register said N/m, defendant no. 1 did not take any pains to register the same.
