Advocate for plaintiff has to bring on record legal heir of deceased plaintiff who died on 28-05-2025 leaving behind Melvin Samir Thakker, being a son of the deceased plaintiff, he is to be brought on record as a plaintiff. It is not disputed that the proposed plaintiff is legal heir of deceased plaintiff. Moreover, the chamber summons is presented within the stipulated period of 90 days. Hence, chamber summons as prayed is allowed. Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment and to produce amended copy of plaint on record.
