This is an application on behalf of the petitioner for return
of documents. It is contended that he has withdrawn revision petition.
Therefore, he has prayed return of all documents alongwith certified
copy.
2. Perused the application. It is noted to be here that, the
petitioner has withdrawn the revision petition voluntarily and
unconditionally. Considering reasons mentioned in the application, I
am inclined to pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. Concerned Clerk is directed to return the documents to the
