ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has filed revision application against the
order passed by the ld. Judge of the Family Court in petition
No.1939/2021. The office took objection for registration on the
ground that this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the revision
petition.
2. The petitioner in person is present before the court. He
has filed pursis at Exh.2 to withdraw the revision application. He
conveyed his intention to withdraw revision petition voluntarily and
unconditionally. The contents of the pursis are read over and
explained to him. He admit the same. Hence, I am inclined to pass the
