It is submitted that notice under challenged has already been implemented and suit structure has been demolished. Perused reliefs claimed in the suit. Perused order passed by the Hon\''ble High Court in Civil Application No. 528/16.  Thus considering submissions made by adv for Defendant no. 4 and 5. it appears that suit has become infructuous. Therefore, this N/M is to be made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). with this I proceed to pass the following order.
