Plaintiff, defendant nos.1 to 3, Power of Attorney holder of defendant

no.6 present. Advocate for plaintiff submitted that defendant nos.5 to
7 are formal parties and nothing is claimed against them by the
plaintiff. More-so, advocate for defendant no.6 submitted that as per
consent terms they will pay the amount to plaintiff and defendant
no.1. Adv. Vaibhav Jagdale identified the plaintiff. Adv. Noman Jafri
for defendant nos.1 to 3. Adv. S. P. Patankar for defendant nos.8 and 9
present. Both parties admitted to consent terms received from
Mediator which is marked as Exh.9. As both the parties have admitted
their signatures and contents of the consent terms at Exh.12, it is read
and recorded. Suit stands disposed of as compromised.
Decree be drawn in view of consent terms at Exh.12.
