Perused the Chamber Summons  which is supported by an affidavit being executed by Rahul Kurhade the Manager of Union Bank. From the circular dtd. 04.03.2020 issued by Reserve Bank of India, there is amalgamation of Corporation Bank into Union Bank in terms of Section 9 of Banking Companies Act 1970 and the scheme in force from first day of April 2020. Considering the amalgamation the proposed amendment as mentioned in the Schedule A needs to be allowed in the interest of Justice.
Hence, I pass the following order-
