withdrawal of the suit in view of out of court settlement between
plaintiff and defendant no. 1 to 3, who have paid the due amount to
the plaintiff. Hence, plaintiff is withdrawing the suit against
defendant no. 1 to 3.

withdraw the suit unconditionally against defendant no. 1 to 3 as
prayed. Court fee shall be refunded to the plaintiff as per rules.
