This chamber summons is taken out by plaintiff for introducing amendment in the suit. He submits that he desires to amend address of defendant No.4. Suit summons were issued to defendant No.4, but it appears from bailiff report that defendant No.4 is not residing at the address mentioned in the title clause. Thereafter, he searched new address of defendant No.4. Now he wants to substitute new address of defendant No.4 in place of his old address. He prayed for permission to amend the address of defendant No.4 in title clause. -- 1 of 3 -- 2 CS 2348-2019 IN S.C. SUIT 1182-2019 2. Ld. Counsel for MMRDA Smt. Subhedar opposed this application. I have heard both sides. This is a formal amendment. It will not change nature of the suit and will not cause any prejudice to the defendants. Hence, it deserves to be allowed.
