     Perused the draft chamber summons and affidavit in support of same.
    From the affidavit in support of draft chamber summons and schedule of proposed amendment, it appears that, by the proposed amendment the committee of court receiver want to add/incorporate the defendant no. 31 also in pleading in affidavit in support of notice of motion no. 4976/2019 and want to add certain prayer clauses in the said NM. The proposed amendment appears necessary and no prejudice is likely to be caused to any of the party to the suit. Therefore, it will be appropriate to allow the chamber summons. Hence, the following order.
