O R D E R
This chamber summons is taken out by the defendant for
making amendment in the written statement. The plaintiff resisted this
chamber summons by filing his reply. Read the present chamber
summons and reply thereon. Heard both the ld. counsels on behalf of
both the sides at length. Perused the record.
2. After scrutiny of pleadings of both the parties, I am of the opinion
that the proposed amendment filed by the defendant for making
amendment in the written statement, if it is to be allowed, the nature
of the written statement will not be changed and it will not surprise to

the plaintiff. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this chamber summons
filed by the defendant. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber summons No. 2317/19 is hereby allowed as prayed for.
2. The defendant and his advocate are hereby directed to carry out
amendment on or before 20/01/2019.
3. Chamber summons no. 2317/19 is disposed off accordingly.
