The counsel for plaintiff submitted that earlier the protection has been granted to him vide order dtd.13.08.2021. The plaintiff submitted that the earlier order be continue till next date. The defendant objected to the continuation of the order. The perusal of the record and roznama dtd.13.08.2021 shows that the defendant could not filed the say therefore the interim protection was granted to the plaintiff. The defendant has filed the reply to the protection and protection came to the end but counsel pressing hard for continuing it till next.  In view of the circumstance of the came I am as the view that the earlier protection has been given to plaintiff prior to three years and it is continued till today. The defendant filed the reply today, so it is natural for the plaintiff to get some time for perusal of reply. The defendant took three years to file the reply and protection was continue till today. So I am of the view that protection granted earlier should be extended till next date. Plaintiff and defendant are directed to argue the matter.
