JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner Errol C. D'Cruz is the father of Kacey Kathlyn D'Cruz,
who is born from the leave in relationship between petitioner and
Georgina Rodricks. The said daughter born on 17/4/2011. On
19/1/2016 Georgina Rodricks left the company of petitioner. Since
then the daughter is in custody of the petitioner. The notice was issued
in the news paper Active times dated 25/1/2021 calling upon the
public, the objection if any. But none appeared. Considering the
documents on record and the fact that the interest of the applicant is
not against the minor daughter. Therefore, I am of the opinion that

petitioner is the fit person to appoint her as a legal guardian of Kacey
Kathlyn D'Cruz. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Guardian Petition No.48/2020 is allowed.
2. Petitioner Errol C. D'Cruz is appointed as a legal guardian
of minor daughter, Kacey Kathlyn D'Cruz for her welfare
and interest, till she attain the age of majority.
3. Petitioner is allowed to fill and sign the relevant documents
and forms for the renewal of passport issued by USA
Passport authority of Kacey Kathlyn D'Cruz and get the
passport renewed from time to time.
4. Petitioner is allowed to sign the necessary documents,
papers, affidavits, declaration, forms and other writing of
whatsoever nature as may be necessary with regards to
clause no.3 of this order.
5. Guardian Petition No.48/2020 stand disposed of
accordingly.
