On behalf of plaintiff/company, its directors Jaswant H. Bhatia and Mukesh Jaswant Bhatia are
present. On behalf of the deft., her power of attorney Mr. Melwyn Ladislas present. On personal
verification of the Directors of plaintiff/company and the power of attorney of deft., I found that
they voluntarily agreed to settle the matter and they agree with the terms and conditions of the
consent terms (Exh.7). Hence, it is expedient to pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Suit is decreed in terms of consent terms (Exh.7).
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
3. Court fees be refunded as per rules.
4. Consent terms (Exh.7) be the part of the decree.
5. Pending N/M no.825/20 being infructuous is disposed off accordingly.
