1.Summary Suit No.101 of 2020 is partly decreed with costs.
2.Defendant shall pay an amount of Rs.52,833.69/- (Rupees Fifty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three and Sixty-Nine Paise Only) to plaintiff with interest at the rate of 7 percent p.a. from the date of suit till the date of decree with further interest at the rate of 6 percent p.a. from the date of decree till its realization.
